Repairs completed and water supply returning to customers in South Roscommon

Uisce Éireann have successfully completed repairs following a mechanical issue at Killeglan Water Treatment Plant and normal water supply is returning to customers.

Repairs have successfully been completed and the water treatment plant is back in production. As reservoir levels return to normal customers in the following areas may experience low pressure: Brideswell, Corrowduff, Taughmaconnell, Dysart, Moore, Parkmore, Kilgarve and Ballydanagan. It may take some time for the full supply to be restored for customers on higher ground and at the end of the network.

Uisce Éireann’s Gerard Greally thanked those affected for their patience while the mechanical issues were addressed.“We understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage and we thank customers for their support,” said Gerard.
