If something occurs affecting the water supply to your home or business, you need to know about it as soon as possible.

How The Service Works

When you provide your details, it allows us to contact you via text to keep you informed. We will notify you of any planned water supply issues in your area, and any unplanned interruptions or water quality events that last longer than four hours.

We will only ever contact you about water supply situations that could affect you or your property. We will never use this information for marketing purposes, and it is completely free.

To sign up, please provide a valid mobile number in the form below along with your Eircode.

Mobile Phone Number must be exactly as following format e.g. 0830000000

Please note: 

  • We may need to contact you in order to validate the details provided.
  • We will not share your information with third parties outside of the provision of this service.
  • We will only use the information you provide for the purposes of service notifications. The information will not be linked to any personal details or account information.
  • There is no cost to receive updates, however, you might be charged by your network provider for receiving messages whilst outside of the Republic of Ireland.
  • Text alerts will only be sent between 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays. Outside of these hours, you will only hear from us if there is an event which critically affects the service we provide.
