Planned water outage in the Old Youghal Road Area, Cork City

Uisce Éireann wishes to advise customers in the Old Youghal Road area, Cork City, of a planned 4-hour water outage this evening from 9pm – 1am on Thursday 01 August to facilitate works as part of the Leakage Reduction Programme.

Homes and businesses on the Old Youghal Road and surrounding areas may experience low water pressure, temporary water discolouration or intermittent disruptions to water supply. 

The areas impacted include Gardiners Avenue, New Road, Cahergal Park, Ardnalee, Merrion Court, Baile an Aoire, Clifton Road, Springfort, Tracton Avenue, Woodlands, Iona Road, Colmcille Avenue, Iona Park, Murmont Road, Murmont Crescent, Murmont Park, Murmont Avenue and surrounding areas.

Every effort will be made to reduce the impact of these works on homes and businesses. Uisce Éireann would like to thank the community in advance for their patience and co-operation.
