Adare Sewer Extension Project

Uisce Éireann has completed upgrade to the sewer network in Adare supporting growth and development of the village.

Uisce Éireann, working in partnership with Limerick City and County Council has completed the Adare Sewer Extension project improving the condition and overall performance level of the sewer system. Shareridge Ltd carried out these works on behalf of Uisce Éireann.

• Prepared a traffic management plan in advance of any works taking place in association with Limerick City and County Council and An Garda Síochána to minimise any impacts from road closures.

• Facilitated the extension of an existing sewer from Main Street Adare approx 365m south bound on the N21 with polysewer (PVCu) piping.

• Reduces capacity issues in the area
• Allows for growth and development in Adare and surrounding areas
• Improves operational performance of the sewer network
