Crews working to repair burst water main in North Roscommon
Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section.
Crews are on the ground in Co Roscommon this afternoon repairing a burst water main supplying Fairymount, Moyne and Loughglynn.
Every effort is being made to maintain supply to as many customers as possible but the burst is impacting water supply to customers and businesses in the three North Roscommon areas. Repairs are expected to be completed later this evening, but it may take a number of additional hours to refill the system and restore normal supply to all customers.
Uisce Éireann's Ger Greally apologised to the customers affected.
"We understand the inconvenience unplanned outages can have on customers and we appreciate their patience as we work with Roscommon County Council to repair the burst and return the water supply."
