Crews mobilised to restore water supply for customers in Millstreet, Co. Cork
Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section.
Repairs are underway at the water treatment plant and water supply is expected to return to the Millstreet area over the course of today and into this evening. It may take longer for normal supply to return to areas at the ends of the network or in elevated areas.
In the meantime a water tanker has been made available in the Supervalu carpark in Millstreet village. Customers are reminded to use their own containers when taking water from the tanker and to boil water before consumption as a precautionary measure as per HSE advice.
