Enniscorthy Wastewater Network Upgrade

Uisce Éireann has completed upgrades to the sewer network in Enniscorthy.

Uisce Éireann, working in partnership with Wexford County Council, has completed upgrades to the sewer network in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. The original gravity sewer network that was serving low-lying properties on Mary Street was inadequate, with a direct discharge to the River Slaney. This project will ensure compliance with the Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive by upgrading the sewer network in Mary Street and the Promenade Pumping Station. Now complete, this project will improve water quality in the River Slaney and benefit homes and businesses in Mary Street and the surrounding area.
