• Rosie was selected as a winner for her innovative approach to making Safety training content more easily accessible, understood and inclusive to all.
• Rosie began developing Safe Systems of Work videos for the Ward and Burke workforce in the Southwest.
• She reviews all internal and external HSQE inspection audits, Hazcons, current safety trends, etc. to identify the areas for development and lessons learned. She develops monthly Safe Systems of Work videos to communicate out these learnings.
• These videos and visuals provide a more engaging and interactive way of presenting information, helping employees to better understand and remember safety protocols. This is shown in the feedback from the Ward & Burke workforce who say that the videos clearly explain and demonstrate procedures and that the visuals help them to learn by example. 
• The great thing about video also is that it can be re-watched helping further with the retention of important information.
