• Peter is recognised as being instrumental in setting a strong Health and Safety culture amongst the team across the ECI Programme. He always makes sure that safety is the number one priority for the region. 
• He collaborates with the contractor, taking lessons from around the business to ensure we are striving to a best in call in terms of safe delivery.
• Peter builds good relationships with people on site and regularly highlights the positives on construction sites which is great for building trust and co-operation when it comes to safety on site.
• Outside of construction activities, Peter takes a proactive role in driving design improvements and regular PSDP audits.

Peter Flood accepted his award from the Dublin office, presented by Maria O’Dwyer Infrastructure Delivery Director, and Stephen Seymour Head of Portfolio within IDD. Peter thanked Uisce Éireann for the award, and highlighted that it is a team effort that is ensuring the safe delivery of the works in his region.
